CNC Sawyer

• Stone Shop Join our fabrication team operating our CNC waterjet saw to cut natural and engineered stone to specification. You'll load and verify programs, manage material flow, tag cut pieces, and coordinate with the shop to keep production moving. Machine uptime is your priority. Level 1
• Entry$19/hr Machine basics: material thickness, blade wear, backer board quality, loading programs, setting up hard stops Verify slab matches program before cutting; double-check all pieces are tagged correctly Complete fusion tasks in StoneProfits; notify foreman of incomplete jobs Keep area clean and organized Level 2

• 25/hr All Level 1 responsibilities, plus: Programming ad-hoc cuts to length, width, and depth; proper allocation in system with CRM notes Identify job issues prior to cutting (color match, fragile material, improper slab allocation) Calibrate saw and jet every 2 days; perform all Level 1 & 2 maintenance tasks (lubrication of X/Y rails, bearings, Z axis ball screw, miter bearing; replace coalescing air filter) Ensure garnet feeder is full at every shift start Level 3•Advanced$27•30/hr All Level 2 responsibilities, plus: Full machine maintenance through Level 5: backlash testing and recalibration, accumulator pre-charge checks, replacing water/UHP/hydraulic filters, gear rack and pinion engagement checks, arbor motor lubrication, hydraulic fluid replacement, motor bearing greasing Perform repairs as needed: change bearings, high-pressure lines, seals, poppets, intensifier components Monitor and maintain parts inventory for commonly replaced items Lead $30+/hr All Level 3 responsibilities, plus: Actively train and develop other operators from Level 1→2, 2→3, and toward Lead capability Assist other machine operators across the shop to help move them along in skill and production Manage shift handoffs, scheduling, and machine uptime across the broader team CNC Router/Profiler & Water Polisher•Stone Shop Be part of our Titan CNC routing team, responsible for setting up and running countertops through the router and water polishing finished profiles to quality standard.

You'll manage pod placement, vacuum pressure, tool paths, and edge quality — and coordinate with the broader shop to keep production flowing across both shifts. Level 1

• Entry$19/hr Machine basics: material thickness, seal wear, pod handling and setup, scanning/loading barcodes, setting up pods and laser specs Double-check pod placement, vacuum pressure, line engagement, and tool path clearance Stage flat carts for completed jobs; assist unloading and keeping shop flow moving Notify foreman of incomplete jobs; keep area clean and organized Water polishing basics: polished countertops, sinks (excluding inside 90s), backsplashes — profiles including bevel, bullnose, eased, double roundover, and waterfall Level 2•Intermediate$22•25/hr All Level 1 responsibilities, plus: Evaluate and track edge quality during unload; measure and input general and profile tool specs with accuracy Complete Titan tasks in StoneProfits including incomplete job notes Communicate with water polishers and QA to maintain steady countertop flow Identify job issues prior to loading (unlabeled sides, cracks, fragile material) Perform all Level 1, 2, and 3 maintenance tasks (X/Y rail cleaning, gear rack inspection, Z axis rails, spindle air desiccant filter, water filter) Level 3•Advanced$27•30/hr All Level 2 responsibilities, plus: Machine repairs as needed: bearings, water union, water lines, spindle components; backlash testing and recalibration Full maintenance through Level 7: lubricate X/Y/Z axis bearings and ball screw, sweep spindle, clean/lubricate spindle gripper fingers, gear rack and pinion engagement, vacuum pump motor bearing lubrication Monitor and maintain parts inventory for commonly replaced items Water polishing: honed, matte, and leathered finishes; inside 90s; minor scratch repair and edge feathering to match polish Lead $32+/hr All Level 3 responsibilities, plus: Assist with overall shop flow and production coordination across shifts Train and develop operators from Level 1→2, 2→3, and toward Lead capability Take greater ownership of the overall team environment, standards, and output quality Quality Assurance Technician•Stone Shop Our QA team is the last line of defense before countertops go out the door.

You'll inspect edges and finishes, hand-fabricate repairs, confirm measurements, and make sure every top meets our quality standard before it leaves the floor. This is a hands-on role using grinders, polishing tools, epoxy, and precision measurement. Level 1

• Entry$19/hr Accurately measure and confirm all countertop pieces — companion tops, backsplashes, and any tops requiring verification Confirm sink cutouts are correct and polish meets finish standard Assist with flat finishes and 2-inch flat finish edges Unload A-frames by job priority; keep flat carts clear and area organized Identify and cut sink runs needing rod slots prior to routing Level 2

• 30/hr All Level 2 responsibilities, plus: Full chip and scratch repair across all materials and finishes (polished, honed, leathered, matte) Deck polish repair and matching for granite and quartz All miter fold fabrication; square off inside corners with a grinder Trim sink and stove rails by hand (1/8" to 3") Help control costs by ensuring team members are using resources appropriately Lead Pay TBD All Level 3 responsibilities, plus: Manage all QA team members and oversee day-to-day shop floor quality Help manage installation and delivery flows — ensure jobs are scheduled, processed, and staged for delivery drivers on time Oversee general shop organization and material readiness for outbound jobs CNC Lead Operator•Stone Shop The Lead Operator is the senior production resource for all CNC operations.

You are responsible for managing machine performance, tooling lifecycle, water filtration systems, production consumable inventory, and the growth of your CNC team. You set the standard others work toward. Lead $32+/hr Requires demonstrated Level 3 Sawyer or Router/Profiler capability Manage production quality across all CNC machines; oversee tooling lifecycle and profitability (retrue vs. replace decisions) Water filtration maintenance: filter replacement schedule, coagulant supply, spindle finger inspection Manage consumables and parts inventory to minimize downtime Production scheduling: organize jobs in the right order, close tasks in SPS, flag incomplete jobs with CRM notes Train and develop CNC operators from Level 1→2, 2→3, and toward Lead; delegate appropriately to accelerate team growth Assist other operators across machines to move them along in skill and independence Lead by example: hold yourself to a higher standard, do the tough jobs, hold others accountable
