Entry Level Sales Associate

NextGen Leaders Collective is hiring a full-time Entry Level Sales Associate to support Kinetic's wireless sales and customer enrollment campaigns. This is a customer-facing, entry-level sales role focused on working directly with customers to explain Kinetic wireless products, promotions, and service options. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating face-to-face, and building professional sales experience in a fast-paced environment. No previous telecom experience is required, paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will engage directly with customers to support wireless plan enrollments, device upgrades, and account setup while delivering a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Entry Level Sales Associate:

Meet directly with customers to present Kinetic wireless products, devices, and promotions Explain Kinetic service plans and recommend solutions based on customer needs Support customer enrollments, activations, and account setup Build customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately Work toward individual and team sales goals in a performance-driven environment Stay informed on Verizon products, pricing, and promotional offers Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training sessions What We're Looking For in an
