Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions. Follow company procedures for transactions, cash handling, and loss prevention. Store/Floor Support Keep sales and display areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. Stay informed on current promotions, pricing, and product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Support floor operations and direct customers to relevant merchandise. Assist with merchandising and maintaining store appearance. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Team Collaboration Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve store and team goals. Share helpful tips and feedback with the team. Participate in training, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities. Support broader store goals and customer satisfaction initiatives.
