In this role, you will actively promote our extensive range of beauty products to retail clients, salons, and professional partners. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular account management and personalized service. Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting potential customers in the beauty and professional sectors. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications of beauty supplies. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction. Utilize analysis skills to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for strategic sales planning. Prepare compelling sales proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to communicate product value effectively. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales or medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive relationships. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product features and benefits to diverse audiences. Demonstrated organizational Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations. Ability to perform product demos that highlight technical aspects of beauty supplies effectively. Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement. Knowledge of the beauty supply industry or related fields such as cosmetics or skincare is a plus; leadership qualities are valued for growth opportunities.
