What You'll Do:

• Engage customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations in a welcoming, upbeat environment. Stay in the Know

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and ensure our displays look great. Ring it Up with Confidence
• Handle transactions quickly and accurately, keeping the energy high and the process smooth. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
• Help with inventory, fulfillment, and store upkeep while keeping a positive, collaborative vibe.

What We're Looking For:

21+ with a passion for cannabis and customer service Retail experience (bonus points if it's in cannabis) A friendly, outgoing personality that makes people feel comfortable and excited to shop Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (POS experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management A team player with a great work ethic and positive attitude
