Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs Provide detailed information about merchandise, including features, benefits, and pricing Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain knowledge of financial services offerings such as loan processing or banking products when applicable Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandising tasks Utilize retail math skills and basic math to ensure accurate cash register operations and sales calculations Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required Basic math skills, including cash handling, cashiering, and retail math proficiency Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and service excellence Ability to perform 10 key typing tasks efficiently for transaction processing Demonstrated interest in sales, banking, or financial services is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for sales meets your desire to help others succeed!
