Job Description

Overview Franklin Furnace/ Ohio River KOA is Hiring! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable team member to join our campground staff.
Position:
Front Desk Reservations & Camp Store Associate Schedule:
Monday- Thursday, 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM Training Provided.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist campers with a friendly smile Check guests in and out of the campground Take reservations by phone and in person Answer questions and provide information about campground amenities , activities, and local attractions Operate the camp store register and assist customers with purchases Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office and store area Assist campers with any needs during their stay
Qualifications:
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude Excellent communication and people skills Comfortable using a computer and learning reservation software Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required If you enjoy meeting new people and helping families create memorable camping experiences, we would love to hear from you!
