This position focuses on customer communication, service education, and helping individuals learn more about available internet and connectivity options.
The Entry Level Sales Agent will work directly with customers to provide information about Kinetic Fiber services, answer general questions, and assist with the enrollment process when customers choose to move forward. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for individuals interested in sales, customer service, and professional development. As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you will receive hands-on training focused on customer interaction, product knowledge, and communication skills. You'll help customers better understand available internet services while creating a professional and positive experience during each interaction. This role offers ongoing mentorship, team support, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Agent Meet with customers to provide information about Kinetic Fiber services Explain available internet plans, features, and service options clearly and professionally Answer customer questions related to connectivity services and account setup Assist interested customers through the enrollment and registration process Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment documentation Represent Kinetic Fiber professionally during face-to-face customer interactions Work collaboratively with team members to support daily outreach efforts Participate in ongoing training and development sessions Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Agent High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers in person Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability and professionalism
