As the Production Retail Clerk, you will assist the Retail Store Manager and/or Assistant Retail Store Manager in general operation of the store.
Essential functions:
Consistently meet or exceed production quotas as determined by management. Assist at donor door as necessary, including unloading of donations from donor's vehicle. Exercise discretion regarding acceptance and/or disposition of donated goods and maintain donor relationship through attentive customer service. Use sound judgment in sorting/producing donations and price consistently; ensure items of value are not discarded during process. Assist customers in loading large, purchased items. Utilize material handling equipment to move gaylords and barrels as necessary. Secure facility, donations, and store merchandise by implementing loss prevention and store security measures. Sort, pull, display and arrange merchandise as instructed by store managers. Adhere to all company personnel policies and procedures; assist all clerks and store personnel in understanding and following policies and procedures. Promote positive teamwork among co-workers. Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality. Attend safety training and follow all safety procedures and protocols to always ensure a safe and supervised work environment for all employees. Responsible for other duties as may be assigned. Ideal Candidate Profile High School diploma or GED preferred. Retail experience preferred but not require

What we are looking for Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer service, ability to work with diverse people. Ability to use physical exertion such as prolonged periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, reaching and climbing; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
