Now Hiring for a New Dispensary Opening Early 2026 Company Overview Feel State is a network of independently owned dispensaries committed to creating a warm, educational, community-centered cannabis experience. Our stores operate across multiple states with one unifying vision: To cultivate connection and community through cannabis. You are responsible for guiding customers through the process of understanding, selecting, and purchasing cannabis products with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism. This position requires emotional intelligence, curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service. Job Duties Customer Experience Provide an exceptional, welcoming customer experience every time Ask customers thoughtful questions to determine their needs Educate customers on cannabis products, genetics, dosage, effects, and responsible use Support medical patients with care, accuracy, and respect Sales & Service Fill orders efficiently and accurately Assist customers with forms, POS entry, and purchase decisions Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate Maintain strong product knowledge and stay aware of current trends Operations Operate the POS correctly and handle cash in full accordance with policy Assist with inventory counts & audits Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom Follow all state/local regulations, security protocols, and company SOPs Support management in driving traffic, sales, and a positive team environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (DOE) Opportunities for advancement, including Shift Lead roles Full training & continuing education Employee product discount Supportive leadership that invests in your strengths A positive, team-centered environment How to Apply — Please Answer These 6 Questions (Short answers are great — these help us understand your natural strengths.)
