Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Retail Associate to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. If you enjoy working with people and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in the showroom and take orders. Check voicemail and answer the phone. Heat press apparel. Keep the showroom clean and stocked. Organize inventory. Basic Computer Knowledge including Google Docs. Perform other duties as assigned. Characteristics for

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn. Comfortable working with the public and answering the phone. Ability to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Capable of multitasking. Basic Math skills Effective time management. Efficient communicating skills & legible handwriting. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.
