Retail Fashion Associate - Plato's Closet Do you love fashion, trends, and putting together great outfits? Are you the friend everyone asks for style advice? Plato's Closet is looking for upbeat, fashion-loving team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment filled with the latest teen and young adult styles. At Plato's Closet, we buy and sell gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories from the hottest brands people actually want to wear right now. Every day is different, and our team plays a huge role in creating the fun, organized, trend-driven shopping experience our customers love. What You'll Do Help keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing Put away clothing, shoes, and accessories throughout the day Create and maintain displays and merchandising with the team Provide friendly customer service and make genuine conversation with shoppers Ring out customers using our point-of-sale computer system Help create a positive, energetic store atmosphere Work together as a team to keep the store clean, tidy, and easy to shop What We're Looking For Someone who follows fashion trends and enjoys styling outfits Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills Comfortable talking with customers and working as part of a team Reliable, hardworking, and able to stay productive in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Retail experience is a plus, but not required Why People Love Working Here First dibs on the amazing items that come into the store Generous employee discount Fun team environment centered around fashion and trends Opportunity for growth and advancement We love promoting from within.
