Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a part time Country Store Clerk to join our team in Oakwood.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday, approximately 20-25 hours a week. Hours dependent on seasonal demand. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule!
STARTING HOURLY RATE
$16.80 with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) Job functions include: Serving all customers in a friendly, positive mannerMaintaining a clean, food safe environmentCutting Deli meat with a SlicerAssisting in opening and closing of the storeAssisting store manager in creating specials that attract customers and provide ideas to increase sales
