Key Responsibilities Customer Service :

Greet customers enthusiastically, assess their needs, and provide professional, positive service

Store Operations :

Perform packaging, shipping, printing, and mailbox services; handle transactions accurately

Equipment & Sales :

Operate POS, copy, fax, scan, and print equipment; recommend and upsell appropriate services

Teamwork :
