Job Summary Retail Sales Associate / Future Store Manager Opportunity Crider Quality Jewelers is looking to add a motivated and customer-focused individual to our team! We are currently hiring for either a part-time or full-time Retail Sales Associate position, with the opportunity for growth into a future Store Manager role for the right candidate. As a member of our team, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience while assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry and gifts for life's most meaningful moments. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a professional, organized approach to customer service and sales.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with jewelry and gift purchases Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom Help with merchandising and daily store tasks as needed Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

Retail or jewelry sales experience preferred, but not required Motivated, dependable, and professional Must have basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn our POS system Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly personality with a passion for helping people Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
