Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in retail sales, and customer service will be essential in creating a welcoming environment that encourages trust and loyalty. The ideal candidate is Bride loving, energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong foundation in sales techniques, cash handling, and basic math skills. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product features to inform customer interactions effectively Manage cash register operations including cashiering duties, balancing cash drawers, and preparing daily reports Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate recordkeeping using retail math principles Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry (including 10 key typing) and basic math calculations related to sales transactions Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety to create an inviting shopping environment Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service role Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies Basic math skills including retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and totals Attention to detail in processing transactions and maintaining accurate records Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This role is an excellent fit for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within the retail sector while providing outstanding service.
