Parts Sales Associate

Summary We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Parts Sales Associate to join our ever-growing team at Jordan Power. In this role, you would greet customers with enthusiasm and positivity, process customer orders,identify parts for customers,and communicate with multiple branches. The ability to listen to the customer and follow up/thoroughly with them is pertinent.

Responsibilities:

Check emails and Voicemail for new orders/order updates Start processing orders Call customers Type up sales orders/purchase orders/invoices Price Quotes from branches/rental & service department/customers Take Transferred Parts calls from Branches Transfer Inventory (if applicable) Audit Direct Ship orders (if applicable) Counter Customer Service, as needed Identify part numbers for customers Clean and Organize parts area (as needed) Clean and Organize showroom area (as needed) Replenish Rental Stock (as needed) Send customer "Thank you" emails Call dealers/customers we haven't received orders from in a while Assist with

Inventory Counts Qualifications:

Organizational skills are a must Ability to look up parts from schematics/parts manuals. Ability to organize work and efficiently multi-tasks. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and with co-workers both verbally and in writing. Maintain knowledge of parts and Quick Books. Follow up skills. Ability to work within a team and/or individual setting. Must be highly self-motivated.
