Position Overview The Sales Support Associate plays a key role in supporting the sales team through CRM management, data integrity, and operational coordination. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate Salesforce data, supporting sales processes, and providing insights that help drive business decisions. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team, including contract management systems and processes Manage and execute tradeshow campaigns within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting Create and utilize email templates to support customer engagement and business development efforts Maintain regular communication with sales representatives to monitor account activity and progress Track projected close dates, update deal probability, and support forecasting efforts Generate and maintain pipeline reports to provide visibility for sales leadership Ensure CRM data accuracy through ongoing audits, updates, and maintenance Develop and update CRM training materials, including documentation and instructional content Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring Education & Experience:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of related business or sales support experience Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Work Environment This position operates in a professional office setting and regularly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and other office tools.
