Responsibilities Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through friendly, attentive, and timely service from start to finish. Create an extraordinary experience for every guest, making them feel at home in our Vapor Haus locations. Deliver positive, welcoming energy that attracts new customers and builds lasting loyalty. Be a shining example of professional behavior and high performance for the team. Support store readiness and assist management with running an efficient, well-organized store. Represent the Vapor Haus brand with pride and uphold company standards in every interaction. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong customer management and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
