Have you always wanted to work in the fun and fast paced environment? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our Trading Card Game environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with selling sealed products, Single cards, collecting and filling lists, Sorting cards, packing orders, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to assist customers effectively. Utilize basic math skills for retail math tasks such as inventory management Utilize basic alphabetizing skills to organize and sort cards Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Basic math skills for handling transactions and performing retail math tasks. Basic alphabetizing skills to organize and sort cards Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience with cash handling is a plus. Familiarity with products in Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Disney Lorcana is a plus. Need to have knowledge of at least one of the three Trading Card games. Knowledge of the anime only is not knowledge of the Trading card Game. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced setting.
