Location:
Twinsburg, OH The Inside Sales / Office Associate is primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity and flow of information within our digital systems. This role focuses on high-volume, high-accuracy data entry and administrative support. Your core mission is to ensure that our ERP system and company records are precise, up-to-date, and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inside sales activities, including customer outreach, relationship development, and identifying opportunities for additional business. Manage customer accounts by maintaining regular communication, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Prepare and deliver quotes for new business opportunities, ensuring accurate pricing, product specifications, and timely follow-up. Develop and provide customer solutions by understanding customer requirements and coordinating with internal departments to meet expectations. Conduct research on customer needs, market opportunities, vendor capabilities, and product information to support business growth and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and account retention through proactive communication and problem-solving. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support company objectives. Process and enter sales orders and work orders from digital and physical sources into the ERP Update system documentation, including adjusting routing steps or updating technical notes Regularly audit and update lead times, customer profiles, and vendor contact databases Ensure all data entry remains current Perform routine checks in the ERP to verify stock counts and availability Draft and place purchase orders with vendors based on established requirements Contact customers or vendors to clarify order details, confirm receipt of shipments, or request updated information Monitor the general company inbox, sorting inquiries and responding to standard status requests Organize and digitize physical paperwork to maintain a streamlined office environment Assist in transitioning paper files into the digital ERP/filing system
Key Requirements:
Inside Sales and/or account management experience is preferred Exceptional and accurate data entry skills Comfortable navigating complex ERP/MRP software and managing data within Microsoft Excel A disciplined approach to repetitive tasks, ensuring they are completed thoroughly and on schedule Adaptability and Integrity Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
