In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between Our high volume Service & Quick Lane Departments and the automotive parts they need to keep customer vehicles running smoothly. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will ensure a seamless transactions, whether assisting with vehicle maintenance, providing technical advice, or managing inventory. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive knowledge while delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Assist Technicians in locating parts and accessories, offering expert advice on vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostics. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory control using POS systems and inventory management software. Provide detailed product information, including specifications for automotive diagnostics, repair parts, and service tools. Support order fulfillment by coordinating with suppliers, managing backorders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to improve store operations, and enhance overall customer experience. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or dealership environments is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive parts is a strong advantage. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive repair processes is desirable. Proven ability to manage inventory using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar software tools. Experience working with POS systems, retail math calculations, and inventory control practices is beneficial. Familiarity with dealership operations or automotive service departments.
