What You'll Do:

Lead with

Fun:

Create unforgettable customer experiences with a positive and encouraging attitude while maintaining professionalism and upbeat communication.

Sales & Service Superstar:

Scoop up success by helping us meet and exceed sales goals with your top-notch customer service, precise order processing, and cash handling skills.

Maintain Quality & Cleanliness:

Follow company recipes to ensure every scoop is perfect in portion size, flavor, and presentation; and assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks to maintain a spotless and organized store for an inviting customer experience.

Stock & Organize:

Help to ensure the store is fully stocked, product is rotated using the FIFO method, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
