Pay:

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Job Title:

Smoke Shop Sales Associate We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate for our smoke shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers about our products, including tobacco, pipes, and vaping supplies Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized store environment Receive and stock merchandise, including inventory management and restocking shelves Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to tobacco sales Provide feedback to management on customer needs, inventory levels, and sales trends Complete other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a smoke shop or related industry Knowledge of tobacco and vaping products, as well as their proper usage and safety Strong customer service skills, including the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic computer skills and proficiency in operating a cash register Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for the role.
