In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, expanding our sales pipeline, and closing high-end deals across diverse markets. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, will help us achieve our growth objectives. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales negotiations to secure high-value contracts and foster long-term partnerships Present product or service features confidently through public speaking engagements and client meetings to enhance customer understanding and interest Upsell additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential while ensuring customer satisfaction Support inventory management and inventory control processes to align product availability with sales strategies Maintain excellent phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and professional customer service standards during all interactions Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records of sales activities Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools to streamline processes and track performance metrics Knowledge of automotive dealership operations, inventory management, and retail math is a plus Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to confidently represent the company in various settings Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us as a Salesperson and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients!
