Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock organization Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions and cash handling Assist customers with product selection, answer questions and offer personalized recommendations Handle customer inquiries professionally via in-person interactions or over the phone, demonstrating excellent communication skills Qualifications Familiarity with retail sales processes including POS systems and cashiering is advantageous Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and stock management This role offers the chance to develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, merchandising, and jewelry—all while working alongside a friendly team dedicated to creating inspiring shopping experiences.
