Job Description
Cashier/Clerk duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Wait on and assist customers.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous appearance atmosphere and attitude with customers at all times. Make customers your number one priority.
- Handle Company funds in an efficient, accurate and honest manner.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Front shelves, both grocery and cooler.
- Restock all liquid dispensers.
- Maintain cleanliness of entire store, inside and outside.
- Properly operate cash register
- Comply with state laws and Company policy regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, lottery tickets and other age-restricted products where these items are sold.
- Have capability of lifting 50 pounds from a dead weight lift.
- Be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
Position Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for employment.
- Must be a self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be flexible with work hours.
Benefits:
