This position is responsible for assisting customers at the front counter, managing lawn mower and outdoor power equipment parts, answering phones, and supporting our service department.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries and purchases Look up and order parts for lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment Process sales transactions and create customer invoices Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts inventory Assist service technicians with parts requests Maintain a clean and organized parts department Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding repairs Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts lookup systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Previous parts, automotive, lawn equipment, or retail experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday 9:00 AM -2:00 PM
