Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Person to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and implement sales strategies that foster growth. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences while maintaining operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities > Will have to have OMMA Credentials and Metrc Knowledge Preferred!!! Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, fostering a positive team-oriented culture Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and set goals to achieve revenue targets Maintain accurate financial records including cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks Skills Strong leadership with proven management experience in retail or similar environments Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, and inventory control to maximize profitability Proficient with POS systems, retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management tools Experience with employee orientation, training & development, and supervising teams effectively Knowledge of retail math concepts such as budgeting, sales analysis, and inventory turnover Ability to handle cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism; phone etiquette is essential Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store layout efficiently Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Join us and lead your team toward success while creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
