Job Description
At Great American Cookies & Marble Slab Creamery , we bake cookies fresh each day and run ice cream production. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining our high standard products based off company specifications as well wide range of tasks including preparing ingredients, baking, taking cake order and ringing up customers. Duties Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates Create custom designs based off customer specifications Work closely with management to ensure all orders are completed Serve customers and create an exciting experience Operate a register and ensure accountability of money Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas Perform other duties as required Qualifications Must be able to learn how to decorate cookies and cakes Retail and food service experience is a plus Cake decorating experience is a plus Must be 16+ years of age
