Salesperson Muskogee, OK 74401 $9 an hour - Full-time $9 an hour - Full-time Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with prospective clients and building lasting relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to navigate complex sales processes will drive our growth and success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise across diverse industries, including high-end markets and B2B (business-to-business) sales environments. You will play a vital role in expanding our sales pipeline, managing client accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities by visiting potential clients, dealerships, and retail locations to promote our products and services. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach efforts. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding client needs, presenting compelling proposals, and closing high-value sales. Manage customer relationships via CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs during interactions and presenting suitable options. Conduct product presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase offerings at trade shows or community events. Support inventory management efforts by coordinating with inventory control teams to ensure product availability for high-end sales and B2B transactions. Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate new leads. Assist in sales management activities by tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to team goals. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end or automobile sales preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases; bilingual candidates are highly valued. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently. Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is desirable. Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence. Experience with dealership operations or automotive sales is advantageous but not required. Ability to perform outbound cold calling confidently while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude toward marketing support and inventory control tasks.
