Part-Time (15-30 hours/week) Evenings and Weekends About Us We are a vertically integrated cannabis company in Oklahoma, operating since 2020 and still growing strong. We are one of the few true vertical dispensaries in the state. This is a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. If you don't move with urgency, attention to detail, and pride in your work, this is not the job for you. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Budtender who understands cannabis retail, customer efficiency, and brand representation. This role requires someone who can handle volume, multitask, stay organized, and consistently improve the customer experience. Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) At least 1 year of experience working in the cannabis industry Strong knowledge of cannabis products (flower, concentrates, edibles, vapes, etc.) METRC trained (must already have experience using METRC) Ability to quickly learn and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system Strong work ethic and reliability Willing and able to work evenings and weekends Availability for morning shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays Strong professional references required Understands the importance of brand representation and customer loyalty Key Responsibilities Provide knowledgeable, efficient customer service in a high-volume dispensary Educate customers while moving transactions quickly and accurately Maintain compliance with METRC and state regulations Stock, organize, and rotate inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Always look for ways to improve workflow and customer experience Represent the brand professionally at all times What We're Looking For Someone who understands efficiency matters in cannabis retail Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple customers Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused Takes ownership of their role and shows initiative Understands cannabis retail is both sales and operations What We Offer Part-time, stable employment Fast-growing company with long-term opportunity High-volume environment for experienced professionals Opportunity to grow with a vertically integrated brand Apply only if you meet the experience requirements.
