Job Description
• Nights/Weekends only• Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Credentialed Budtender and become a vital member for the top dispo in OKC! Being apart of the Project staff you will leverage your expertise and passion to educate customers about cannabis products, ensure compliance with state regulations, and create an inviting environment that fosters trust and enthusiasm. Your knowledge for cannabis consumption will inspire customers to make informed choices along with gaining your trust in future recommendations . This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrantly green industry dedicated to wellness, education, and community connection. Duties Greet customers and provide personalized consultations to help them find products suited to their needs and preferences Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, dosing guidelines, and safety precautions Verify customer credentials to ensure compliance with all state licensing laws and store policies Maintain accurate transaction records, including sales logs and inventory updates Uphold strict adherence to legal regulations regarding packaging, labeling, and sales limits Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks Promote responsible consumption by providing educational materials and guidance during every interaction Experience / Requirements Valid state-issued credential or license as a Budtender or equivalent (must be current and verifiable) Prior experience working in a licensed cannabis retail environment is highly preferred but not required Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, concentrates, edibles, and topicals Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate diverse customers effectively Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately while maintaining a lively, positive attitude and being a considerate team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail and compliance standards- Can learn and think quick!
