Job Description

Stability Cannabis is one of Oklahoma's largest medical marijuana growers, processors, and retailers, and has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Oklahoma. We are seeking an experienced Budtender. Previous retail cannabis experience and experience using Dutchie is strongly preferred. 4pm- midnight. Friday- Tuesday (Wed & Thursday off) •OSBI background check and OMMA Employee Credential required •
Duties/Responsibilities:
Advising patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. Staying knowledgeable of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends. Driving new patients into the dispensary by sign waiving and flag flying. Processing patients' payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Ensuring that the dispensary is always clean and well-organized. Educating patients on the safe use of their selected cannabis products. Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required. Verifying patients' identification documents. Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked. Other duties as assigned.
