Hourly:
$8.25/hr + 2% commission

Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Knife & Optics Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and drive sales. You'll assist guests with knives, optics, and related gear, recommend products, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally Recommend products based on needs and knowledge Complete sales accurately using the POS system Maintain merchandise displays and store organization Handle customer questions and concerns Answer calls and respond to emails Support store upkeep and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years retail sales experience Basic knowledge of knives and optics required (sharpening a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Genuine enthusiasm for knives, optics, and outdoor gear
Work Environment:
