Our business runs through high-energy live shows where we sell clothing in real time. We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Associate to support our live streaming team. What You'll Do Support live streaming sessions in a fast-paced environment Receive items from the host after each sale and: Fold clothing quickly and neatly Repack items into bags Label each order with the correct number Maintain accuracy and organization during live shows Assist with inventory flow and product handling Communicate closely with hosts and team members Help ensure smooth, error-free operations What We're Looking For - Excellent Clothing Folding Skills (VERY

) Able to fold clothes quickly, neatly, and consistently Maintain presentation quality even under time pressure Speed and efficiency are critical in this role Detail-Oriented & Reliable Strong attention to detail — accuracy is essential Able to handle repetitive tasks without mistakes Fast Learner & Adaptable Quickly learns new workflows and systems Comfortable in a hands-on, constantly evolving environment Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment Able to keep up with high-volume live sales Works efficiently under pressure Team Player Communicates well with hosts and team members Positive attitude and strong work ethic Compensation Base pay: $15/hour

Additional:

0.7% commission based on live sales performance Most team members earn $18-$24/hour total depending on performance Schedule & Growth Part-time position to start High potential to transition into full-time as the company continues to grow

Pay:

$15.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
