Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere Provide detailed product information, answer questions, and recommend solutions based on customer preferences Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Manage cash register operations, including balancing drawers and handling returns or exchanges efficiently Maintain knowledge of retail math principles to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management Uphold excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and professionally, fostering customer loyalty Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency for accurate transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated reliability with cash management and cashiering responsibilities Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
