Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the face of our retail services! In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and assist them in navigating our wide range of products and financial solutions. Your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive sales, foster loyalty, and create a positive shopping experience. Whether helping customers with retail purchases or guiding them through banking and loan processes, you'll be at the forefront of delivering value and building lasting relationships. Duties Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their experience Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and managing cash registers accurately Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Perform retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and cash management to ensure precise cash handling Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting periodic stock checks Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred Basic math skills including retail math and cash handling proficiency are essential Ability to operate financial software systems confidently and perform 10 key typing tasks quickly and accurately Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that motivates team collaboration Demonstrated ability to handle cash management responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail A proactive approach to learning new skills related to sales techniques, loan processing, and cashiering Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
