As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive sales growth, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our business. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within a vibrant team. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences Stay informed about strains, products, effects, and industry trends Ensure compliance with all local and state cannabis laws and company policies Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales and product areas Verify customer age and valid identification Participate in ongoing product and compliance training Support restocking, inventory counts, and merchandising Cash Handling Weekends required Open Availability Dispensary experience preferred but not necessary.
