To succeed as one of our Store Managers, you must be self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to maintaining a positive environment for both employees and customers and have a passion for learning about our wide range of products.
Salary and Benefits:
Base pay plus
Commission Experience, Skills, Abilities:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency a big plus! Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude Basic computer proficiency Excellent verbal, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications:
Sales Management or relevant experience High School diploma or GED Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled At least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license. Reliable and dependable transportation. Experience with commission-based sales a plus.
