Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management Assist customers with basic math calculations for purchases, discounts, or financial transactions Support loan processing by explaining options and gathering necessary information Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping environment Use retail software systems to process sales, check inventory levels, and update customer accounts Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus Strong math skills, including retail math and basic calculations for transactions Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash management techniques Ability to operate financial software and perform 10 key typing efficiently Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and professionally Ability to learn quickly about loan processing procedures and retail products Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
