Job Description

Objective :
Lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, ensure compliance, and support staff development under the direct supervision of the Market Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Successfully complete daily operational requirements by managing staff and overall store performance. Stimulate a results-driven environment by setting clear expectations and leading by example. Ensure proper cash handling, key holder procedures, and inventory reconciliation. Execute daily checklists, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Spend at least 90% of the day engaging with customers and staff to promote sales and service excellence. Aide in facilitating/coordinating local outreach and marketing events to expand community visibility. Manage and execute the presentation and visual standards of the store, ensuring all required promotional materials are current, compliant, and correctly displayed.
Staffing & Development:
Assist Market Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and training Enrollment Specialists. Assist staff through real-time feedback and performance discussions. Ensure completion Talent LMS Training and compliance modules for all employees. Assist with timecards and scheduling to maintain full coverage during business hours.
Performance Management:
Review daily order counts; follow up on zero-order days immediately. Review individual staff ranking levels (Level 1-10) and provide guidance to improve performance tiers. Ensure compliance with Easy Wireless activation, sales documentation, and customer service standards.
Compliance & Reporting:
Verify 2x weekly deposits, end-of-day (EOD) reports, and inventory balances. Report compliance or HR-related issues directly to the Market Manager. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding customer eligibility and data handling. Track and report on local competitor promotions, offerings, and activities at least monthly to the Market Manager. Systematically collect, document, and review customer feedback (e.g., google my business, in-store complaints, customer service call reports) to identify recurring service issues or sales blockers, and propose solutions.
Compensation Alignment Summary:
Base Pay:
$12.50/hour
Incentive Factors:
Individual Rank (Levels 1-10); $10 per prepaid activation; $20 per indirect referral
Commission:
20% of paid device, tablet, and accessory sales
Market Bonus Pool:
2.5%
Staffing Spiffs:
$0.34-$1.04 (rural) or $0.53-$1.20 (metro) per hour for each Level 3+ Enrollment Specialist actively working
