From helping guests find the perfect souvenir to ensuring our store is always looking its best, your role is vital to making sure every guest leaves with something special. This position will require some flexible but the anticipated schedule will be Friday - Tuesday.

What You'll Be Doing:

Helping Guests:

Learn about our merchandise and assist guests in choosing the right items. Offer personalized suggestions and help with special orders.

Handling Sales:

Process payments accurately and efficiently, making each transaction smooth.

Answering Phones:

Answer calls politely and handle inquiries with care.

Providing Great Service:

Interact with guests in a friendly way, sharing information about special events and resort activities.

Managing Inventory:

Help stock and organize the store, create attractive displays, and keep everything clean and well-stocked. Participating in

Inventory Counts:

Assist in physical inventory counts at the end of the month. Maintaining the

Experience:

At least one year in a golf shop, retail, or customer service environment is a plus.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even under pressure, with minimal supervision.
