The Entry Level Customer Associate thrives in in-person customer acquisition, growing their career in sales and support. This sales position is about turning your sales chops into customer connections. This is a full-time, in-person position involving direct, face-to-face interaction with residential customers in assigned territories and is not remote, hybrid, or call-center based. As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you'll receive sales training to confidently introduce Quantum Fiber's ultra‑fast fiber connectivity. The Entry Level Customer Associate will then support ongoing sales activity by identifying customer needs, reinforcing the value of fiber‑fast speeds, and helping the sales team maintain steady sales momentum. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Associate Meet customers in person to introduce Quantum Fiber's reliable high‑speed internet services in sales conversations. Guide discussions toward sales outcomes by highlighting the everyday benefits of fiber connectivity. Assist customers in understanding how Quantum Fiber supports their everyday internet needs. Recommend tailored internet packages that encourage sales commitments and long‑term satisfaction. Document customer preferences and ensure sales accuracy in all accounts. Provide ongoing support to ensure customers experience the full value of their Quantum Fiber service. Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Associate A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Strong interest in sales or customer support is a plus. Tech‑savvy mindset with eagerness to learn Quantum Fiber's services. Self‑motivated with proactive habits that drive consistent sales outcomes. Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate account handling and follow‑up.
