We are a performance-based, agile and fast-paced motorcycle service shop working your everyday motorcycle maintenance to full on performance road race bikes. Our goal is to find a quality Shop Assistant, ideally with experience in sales/parts/customer service. Someone who is dependable and holds a willingness to learn more. And of course- love's motorcycles.

Our company is seeking (1) Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position would have some experience working with motorcycles/auto service industry and/or understanding of basic sales level needs but not mandatory. main tasks include assisting in order processing and shipping, customer service, shop organization and cleaning duties. This position assists the front shop on day to day tasks including shop upkeep, customer calls and service, and online order processing including stock and inventory. Preferred candidates will have experience in online software such as QuickBooks, Shopify, Google G suite, etc. or have the ability to learn. Ideal candidates should be capable of using and understanding invoicing computer software, understanding order processing such as pulling parts, shipping parts and corresponding to customers on status. We are looking for someone with professionalism and initiative, someone who takes action and doesn't wait to be told. Knowledge about motorcycles is preferred but we are willing to teach as this position requires some knowledge of the items we sell and how they work. . This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to become part of an innovative, team that provides high quality parts and service to our customers. We are a small team, we're a bit old school, but hold a worldwide reputation for our work. Not to mention we have some of the sickest bikes around.
