We're seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to represent AT&T products and services in a face to face retail environment and help customers find solutions that meet their needs. This is an entry level role with a great opportunity to gain experience in sales, customer service, marketing and leadership through our full training and hands on mentorship!
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally represent AT&T products, promotions, and services. Assist customers with product information, features and pricing. Build positive relationships through in person interactions. Recommend services and devices that best meet customer needs. Maintain a professional, team focused attitude. Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Self motivated, reliable, and punctual. Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
