As a Cashier , you'll be the welcoming face of our marketplace, helping customers feel seen, supported, and inspired by our mission.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers, vendors, and volunteers with a friendly, mission-driven attitude Guide customers smoothly through checkout using our Point-of-Sale system (SNAP, DUFB, gift cards, etc.) Promote Locavore events, memberships, and community programs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout space Restock and tidy shelves, displays, and common areas Communicate updates through Slack and daily check-ins with the manager Ensure accuracy in till reconciliation and discount application Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
