OLCC Service Permit Full Job Description Position Title:
Clubhouse Employee (Counter Staff / Guest Services)
Position Summary:
The Clubhouse Employee is responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience for all guests. This role supports daily clubhouse operations including check-in, tee time booking, retail sales, food and beverage service, and general customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner Check in golfers and manage tee time flow Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and general inquiries Resolve customer concerns calmly and effectively Point of Sale & Retail Operate POS system for tee times, greens fees, merchandise, and food/beverage Maintain accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation Assist with merchandising and restocking inventory Food & Beverage Maintain current OLCC Server Permit and keep strict standards on following all OLCC regulations Maintain inventory levels, cleanliness and organization of product Follow all health and safety guidelines Course Operations Support Communicate with outside services regarding tee time pace and flow Assist with basic tournament or event setup as needed Provide course information and directions to guests Facility Maintenance Keep clubhouse, restrooms, and surrounding areas clean and presentable Monitor supplies and notify management of needs Ensure overall appearance meets course standards
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash handling experience Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude Golf knowledge is a plus but not required Current OLCC server permit
Reporting Structure:
Reports to: Clubhouse Manager Works closely with: Outside Services Staff and Course Maintenance Team Work Environment Combination of clubhouse and outdoor service areas Active, hands-on role with frequent guest interaction Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50lbs Seasonal late March through mid
November Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
