Retail Store Associate

Role Description We're looking for a Part-Time (15-20 hours per week) Retail Store Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with product and service inquiries, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for every customer. This position requires flexibility to work between our current location off Highway 20 and our new location opening near Costco.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their needs. Provide detailed information about products, services, and shipping options. Recommend the best shipping solutions based on customer requirements. Accurately enter and process shipping transactions.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficient typing ability. Must be a Notary Public or willing to become a Notary Public quickly. Must be willing to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays.

$18.50 - $19.50 per hour
