JOB DUTIES

' Promptly acknowledge and greet every guest that enters the store ' Demonstrate expertise in product features and benefits of all retail items in the store ' Demonstrate an ability to determine guest needs by asking open-ended questions and subsequently choosing the best product for them ' Demonstrate an ability to accessorize and build outfits around every product ' Show proficiency in all POS transactions and ensure till balances within $1 at the end of each day ' Ensure the guest is satisfied with their retail experience and thank them for their business upon departure from store ' Maintain cleanliness standards of store and proper storage of equipment ' Maintain merchandising standards (displays, folding) at the highest level ' Communicate with Owner as to needs for replenishment of stock, markdowns and requests ' Ensure all promotional items are sale priced and price-pointed in designated areas ' Ensure all refunds and returns are dealt with in a professional and friendly manner with owner and per policy ' Maintain and promote a safe work environment ' Other duties as assigned ' Hold the key of the store and secure it to the highest standards while in possession. HOURS

• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Typical business hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
